cortex.align.autotweak¶
- cortex.align.autotweak(subject, xfmname)[source]¶
Tweak an alignment using the FLIRT boundary-based alignment (BBR) from FSL. Ideally this function should actually use a limited search range, but it doesn’t. It’s probably not very useful.

Subject identifier.

String identifying the transform to be tweaked.
